This is an interesting project that we have taken on, the initial email had these questions:
I am interested in having new site built. This will be from scratch with a name TBD.
Please see link below in relation to a web site offering comparable services to what I have in mind.
The pages of this site are what we would be looking for but the navigation needs to be improved.
I would initially like to ask;
1. Can you build a site as per above.
2. Can you advise development costs based on this link.
3. Any associated one off costs; ssl licenses etc.
4. Any associated yearly costs; hosting etc.
5. Payment terms.
6. Do you provide SEO services.
7. If so, do you envisage any improvements that you can make to the existing site to make it more SEO friendly?
8. If you were to undertake the ongoing SEO work on behalf of this site once operational what works would you undertake for which monthly fee.
I think that covers the basic initial questions for the moment.
The person who built our existing sites would make the decision on which developer we go with and they would determine an itinerary of how the works would be implemented. You may see there work as detailed in the below listed links.
