Here is a snippet of a report plus some information we look at, here is an initial SEO draft report example we created for one of our clients

1. Link building – poor or bad back links:
Online directories play a vital role in creating high-quality backlinks to your website and its internal pages. These backlinks are essential as search engines, during their indexing process, seek links to other sites to gather more information. A greater number of these links generally translates to enhanced exposure and higher ranking positions for your website as listed on the report your existing website has poor to none backlinks, this is an important major ranking factor.

2. SSL Certificate:
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates provide a specific method of encryption. They ensure that the data going from the user’s computer to the website stays secure and unreadable to any malicious intruders like hackers and identity thieves, but any other third parties too. Therefore, it remains safely protected. This is a major ranking factor with google.

3. Open-Source Coding:
Open-Source Coding / Schema mark-up is the result of collaboration between Google, Bing, Msn, Yandex, and Yahoo, to help you provide the information their search engines need to understand your content and phrases and provide there best search results possible currently. Adding open source/ coding / schema markup to your HTML improves the way your page displays in SERPs ( Search engine rank positions) by enhancing the necessary content that is placed in and displayed by us beneath the pages in the HTML ( back-end coding where we place your key words and phrases) of the site. Improves the page rank of your web site and domains improving their potential long term performance, value and resell value in the long term.

4. BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers)
What it is, how it works and what it means for search.
Google has said that its most recent major search update, the inclusion of the BERT algorithm, will help it better understand the requirements behind users’ search queries, which should mean more relevant results. BERT will impact 25% of searches. Google is simply making your web site easy to list and rank by all mediums or devices used by the Person searching online.

What is BERT?
BERT, which stands for Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers, is a neural network-based technique (web site coding ) for natural language processing pre-training. In plain English, it can be used to help Google better discern the context of words in search queries and help promote search engines rank your web site more quickly and efficiently by reducing the need to interpret long tailed searches in the indexing process.

5. DNS SEC
DNS SEC is a security setting to make sure the domain can’t be Hi jacked. This is to ensure all domains have the correct coding, so it can be read by the search engines and it shows the domain is secure. It also ensures they are linked correctly with the customers website and it will enable the search engines to associate them with the correct words and phrases in the domain.
This is something that needs to be done yearly, so the search engines don’t read other domains that might be similar, i.e. competitors websites.

6. SEO
Website Optimisation encompasses all the latest technical and marketing techniques needed by the major search engines to acquire better ranked positions under relevant focused phrases and appropriate traffic to view your businesses website.
This is not a one and done strategy, all old content must be re-optimised to meet current standards, and all new content must be created with this in mind.

7. Meta descriptions allow you to influence how your web pages are described and displayed in search results. A good description acts as a potential organic advertisement and encourages the viewer to click through to your site.
The next time you visit a page, load it with the Network panel open. This will show the assets loaded when the page is displayed, and how long each asset took to load.
You ‘ll probably notice that the time it takes to load certain assets goes way down when you load the page a second time. This is thanks to caching. These files are loaded directly from your local computer, increasing the efficiency of your browser ‘s connection the page ‘s server.
