Just for reference here are some messages that were never sent for one reason or another:
To a new Website Developer: Sorry for getting on your case but I need to know you are making progress on this I am now worried that I have allocated you a real project instead of a test / trial one (what I normally do with others). If I am honest there nothing of value what you have done so far and think you will need help / advise far in excess of what I anticipated, I hope you prove me wrong and start making progress and produce a website that is fit for purpose but currently I don’t see any changes / improvements.
To a Dive Agency: Sorry that this person have brought you into our ‘disagreements’ I am sorry to say that I stand my by comments and have known them since 2006 and have lived and worked with him in Phuket and subsequently helped him with his website and then with his IDC promotion via my new business the IDC Guide. I am not one to tell tales and to say ‘well he said this someone’ but fear that he is now not the manager that he once was and his personal life and habits are now interfering with his judgement. His poor standards and unorthodox behaviour are now common knowledge and I refuse to work or communicate with him anymore. I still wish he can make a success of himself and pull himself through this ‘spell’ but we will not be doing any business with him again
To a business owner: On reflection this project requires mobile application development along with several hardware oriented features like Red Laser scanner and Augmented Reality. We are afraid this is beyond the scope of our available skill sets and it wouldn’t be appropriate for us to quote for this website project. We have a massive team of talented people on board and we have reviewed your project in detail, we all agreed that its technically difficult / will be very costly and very ambitious but good luck with it.
