Negative and Fake Google Reviews

Response : The truth of the situation is that this was a ‘cold-call’ from an SEO company wanting us to give them work and when I explained we are on the Telephone Preference Service and that they should take us off their list they gave us this review, as ‘revenge’, this is unfair and unjust – please remove this review ‘Richard’ or this will be reported to Google as abuse of their review system.
